Amending Council File RLH AR 22-67 to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2022 at 956 DUCHESS STREET. (File No. CG2202A2, Assessment No. 220106)

WHEREAS on August 17, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 22-67, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2022. (File No. CG2202A2, Assessment No. 220106); and
WHEREAS, the property at 956 Duchess Street, being described as: Auditor's Subdivision No. 7 W 75 Ft of S 40 Ft of Lot 57 Blk 2 , with the property identification number 28-29-22-31-0102 was assessed an amount of $112.13; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works staff recommended deleting the assessment because hauler requested that staff remove the assessment since it was from the previous property owner's account that was never cancelled; however, fee was paid at closing and requests a refund of the fee; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $112.13, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and the fee be refunded. Council File No. RLH AR 22-67 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
