Amending Council File RLH AR 22-67 to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2022 at 233 IVY AVENUE WEST. (File No. CG2202A2, Assessment No. 220106)

WHEREAS on August 17, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 22-67, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2022. (File No. CG2202A2, Assessment No. 220106); and
WHEREAS, the property at 233 Ivy Avenue West, being described as: Rice Street Villas Subd Etc E 1/3 of Lots 2 3 and Lot 4 Blk 8, with the property identification number 24-29-23-41-0125 was assessed an amount of $45.49; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works staff recommended deleting the assessment because the hauler has made a request to remove this assessment due to the fact that there was a service hold in place during this time period and should not have been charged for service; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the assessment of $45.49, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 22-67 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
