Body

WHEREAS on October 12,2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 22-84, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Fire Certificate of Occupancy fees billed during February 28 to April 23, 2022. (File No. CRT2210, Assessment No. 228211)

 

WHEREAS, the property at 211 Ford Parkway, being described as: Highland Crossing Lot 2 Blk 1, with the property identification number 17-28-23-11-0102 was assessed an amount of $541; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $541 to $384 because it was sent to assessment late in error on June 8, 2022 and payment was received by ACH payment on April 20, 2022; Now, Therefore Be It,

 

RESOLVED, that Council File RLH AR 22-84 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
