WHEREAS, Kaleidoscope Brewing d/b/a Saint Paul Brewing (License ID #20210001425) applied for a Liquor On Sale - 101-180 Seats, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Liquor - Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Entertainment B, Malt Off Sale (Growler), and Gambling Location license for the premises located at 688 Minnehaha Avenue in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on April 15, 2022 the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required notice ("Notice") with a response date of June 3,2022; and
WHEREAS, the Notice also contained license conditions included the requirement that the Licensed Premises operate as a restaurant within the definitions 409.02 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the license conditions are reasonable given the license applied for, the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale - 101-180 Seats, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Liquor - Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Entertainment B, Malt Off Sale (Growler), and Gambling Location license is hereby approved and issued to Kaleidoscope Brewing d/b/a Saint Paul Brewing (License ID #20210001425)for the premises located at 688 Minnehaha Avenue in Saint Paul.
