RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Donna Corbo and her attorney, Christopher Moreland, MJSB Employment Justice, the total sum of Twenty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars and no cents ($28,250.00) in full and final settlement in the unfiled Ramsey County District Court case of Donna Corbo v. City of St. Paul, for damages and attorneys’ fees arising from employment-related claims.
