WHEREAS, the position of Director of Parks and Recreation was vacated by Mike Hahm and Tom Russell was appointed as Interim Director while a search for a permanent director was conducted; and
WHEREAS, after a search process that involved community advisory panels, the Mayor has appointed Andy Rodriguez to serve as the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, effective June 4, 2022; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council approves the appointment, made by the Mayor, of Andy Rodriguez, to serve as the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, effective June 4, 2022.
