WHEREAS, Desperate Measures LLC d/b/a Lost Fox (License ID #20220000375) applied for a Liquor On Sale - 101-180 Seats, Liquor - Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk), Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Entertainment (A) license for the premises located at 213 4^th Street East Suite 100 in Saint Paul; and  

WHEREAS, in response to the March 24, 2022, notification from the Department of Safety and Inspections regarding the license application, the City received no objections to approve the Liquor On Sale - 101-180 Seats, Liquor - Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk), Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Entertainment (A) license; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the license conditions are reasonable given the license applied for, the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale - 101-180 Seats, Liquor - Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk), Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Entertainment (A) license are hereby approved and issued to Desperate Measures LLC d/b/a Lost Fox (License ID #20220000375) for the premises located at 213 4^th Street East Suite 100 in Saint Paul.
