Title

Appeal of Shekita Moore to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 201 GENESEE STREET.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, November 9, 2021, teleconference between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  Did not receive notice until a week before Oct. 15th!  Needed more time to vacate with my children and find somewhere for us to go!

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  October 20, 2021

Inspector/Key Staff:  James Hoffman

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Appellant came to the office in October to appeal the order to vacate.  The appeal would have been untimely.  Once the vacant building notice came out, appellant was told she could appeal that instead.  VB Cat 2 opened 10/19/21 referred by EF of Fire.
