WHEREAS on June 2, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 21-43 to ratify the assessment for Property Clean Up services during January 5 to 14, 2021. (File No. J2115A, Assessment No. 218514); and
WHEREAS, the property at 925 Wilson Avenue, being described as: Adam Gotzian’s Sub. of Blk 76, Lyman Dayton’s Addition to St. Paul Subj to Common Driveway Esmt; Lot 19 Blk 76, with the property identification number 33-29-22-32-0186 was assessed an amount of $478; and
WHEREAS, Assessment Office recommends that this assessment be deleted because Ramsey County changed the owner's name in error; as, Owner, Justin Kessler, did not received notices; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $478, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 21-43 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
