WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Mike Bertrand to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 935 FOREST STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH FCO 20-132 on October 14, 2020 which granted extension to June 1, 2021 for exterior items (1- 4) and all other items to be completed by October 9, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the appellant has failed to meet the deadline and is requesting for an additional 10 days to complete the repairs; and
WHEREAS, the matter reviewed this case on June 15, 2021 to determine if compliance has been met or additional extension is needed; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
