WHEREAS, Bole Ethiopian Cuisine LLC d/b/a Bole Ethiopian Cuisine (License ID #20210000577) applied for a Wine On Sale, Malt On Sale (Strong), and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) Licenses for the premises located at 1341 Pascal Street; and
WHEREAS, the licensee requested a waiver of the 45-day notification waiting period for approval of the above-mentioned licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received a letter from the District 10 Como Community Council on April 28, 2021 in support of a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and approval of the Wine On Sale, Malt On Sale (Strong), and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) Licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and approval of the Wine On Sale, Malt On Sale (Strong), and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) Licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement is granted and Wine On Sale, Malt On Sale (Strong), and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) Licenses are hereby approved and issued to Bole Ethiopian Cuisine LLC d/b/a Bole Ethiopian Cuisine (License ID #20210000577) for the premises located at 1341 Pascal Street in Saint Paul.
