Purpose of Appeal:  The property is currently under an active lease and is not vacant.  The tenant is generally there on the weekends, but not full time during the week.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Andrew McNatton, Emsa Properties, to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 1323 PAYNE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to December 10, 2020 to have Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated to be released from the Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
