Amending Council File RLH VO 19-49, adopted April 1, 2020, to grant Carrie Nelson an additional extension for property at 291 STINSON STREET.
Body
WHEREAS, on April 1, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VO 19-49, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Correction Notice-Reinspection Complaint, including Condemnation for property at 926 Armstrong Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council grant an extension to April 17, 2020 for Items 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20 and 22; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff has indicated that Carrie Nelson has failed to comply with this deadline; and; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was conducted under File No. RLH SR 20-37 on April 28, 2020 to review the matter; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an additional extension is hereby granted to June 15, 2020, including those items already scheduled for June 15, 2020.
