Approving an intergovernmental interchange agreement between the City of Saint Paul and Ramsey County.

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and Ramsey County wish to enter into an intergovernmental interchange agreement (“Agreement”) pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 15.51 - 15.59 inclusive for the assignment of Saint Paul employee, Chris Bogut, to the County Manager’s Office as Healthcare Compliance Manager under the direction and control of the Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement will become effective on the date of final execution as approved by the parties for a period of two years with the option to renew in accordance with Minnesota Statute 15.53, subd. 2; and
WHEREAS, the County will reimburse the City of Saint Paul for the actual cost of salary and fringe benefits paid by Saint Paul for the employee; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council approves the attached Agreement and authorizes the appropriate city officials to execute it.
