WHEREAS, the 2019 - 2022 (May 1, 2019 - April 30, 2022) Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters was approved by City Council on January 15, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters have tentative Memorandums of Agreement for 2019 Wage Corrections to the Building Inspector and Senior Building Inspector classifications in the 2019 - 2022 (May 1, 2019 - April 30, 2022) Labor Agreement that, once approved, shall be effective as of May 1, 2019 (or closest pay period); now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.03 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandums of Agreement for 2019 Wage Corrections to the Building Inspector and Senior Building Inspector classifications in the 2019 - 2022 (May 1, 2019 - April 30, 2022) Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters.
