WHEREAS, the May 1, 2017 - April 30, 2020 Maintenance Labor Agreement, the 2017 Wage and Fringe Adjustment and the 2018 Wage and Fringe Adjustment between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10 was approved by City Council on June 14, 2017; August 23, 2017 and May 23, 2018 respectively; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10 have a tentative Memorandum of Agreement for the 2019 Wage and Fringe Adjustment that, once approved, shall be effective as of May 1, 2019 (or closest pay period); Now Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.03 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Agreement for the 2019 Wage and Fringe Adjustment between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10.
