Authorizing the Fire Department to accept the donation of special operations equipment valued at $8,000 from the White Bear Lake Fire Department.
Body
WHEREAS, the White Bear Lake Fire Department has offered to donate special operations equipment (see attached list) that will be used on Squad 3 that is valued at $8,000 to the Saint Paul Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department would like to accept this donation of equipment from the White Bear Lake Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the governmental purpose of this donation is to enhance the response capabilities for Squad 3; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council accepts this donation of equipment from the White Bear Lake Fire Department and thanks them for their generous gift.
