Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works Capital Budget by transferring $650,000 in revenues to the 2019 Fairview Street Reconstruction Project.
Body
WHEREAS, the City is planning to reconstruct Fairview from Shields to University in 2019; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for increased funding due to higher estimated project costs and an expanded project scope; and
WHEREAS, the 2017 Como Avenue Project has Municipal State Aid funding available for transfer into the 2019 Fairview Project; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works plans to transfer $650,000 Municipal State Aid funding into the 2019 Fairview Project from the 2017 Como Avenue Project; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there is available for transfer of appropriation of funds of $650,000.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $650,000 is available for transfer of appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the following particulars:
