Approving the Mayor’s appointment of Jazmin Glaser-Kelly to a three-year term on the Parks and Recreation Commission.

WHEREAS, Chapter 105.02 of the Saint Paul administrative code states that the Saint Paul Parks and Recreation consists of nine at-large members appointed by the mayor who are residents of the City of Saint Paul and be interested in and knowledgeable of the Saint Paul parks and recreation system, and
WHEREAS, in 2018 Suchann Yang submitted his resignation from the Parks and Recreation Commission creating a vacancy;
WHEREAS, Jazmin Glaser Kelly has applied to for appointment to the Parks and Recreation Commission
WHEREAS, Mayor Carter wishes to appoint Jazmin Glaser Kelly to a three year term on the Parks and Recreation Commission; there be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to the appointment of Jazmin Glaser to a three year term on the Parks and Recreation Commission ending on January 31, 2021
