RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized to reduce the October 4, 2017 street assessments of affected properties owned by Plaintiffs Harris Building LLP, NJF Properties, LLC and RRB Associates which were assessed as part of the Wabasha Street Improvements project from $479,780.58 to $95,956.12 (an 80 percent reduction). This represents full and final settlement of Plaintiffs’ claims in the lawsuit entitled Harris Building, LLP, NJF Properties, LLC and RRB Associates v. City of St. Paul for all claims for damages, costs and attorneys’ fees regarding the above-referenced assessments.
