Authorizing the Fire Department to accept the donation of firefighting equipment from Milwaukee Tool.
Body
WHEREAS, Milwaukee Tool has offered to donate two Sawzalls and two battery packs to the Fire Department valued at $727.00, and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department would like to accept the donation of the firefighting equipment from Milwaukee Tool, and
WHEREAS, the public purpose of the donation is to provide the firefighters with additional equipment to be used for extrication purposes, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Saint Paul City Council on behalf of the residents of Saint Paul, accept this donation of firefighting equipment from Milwaukee Tool and extend their sincere appreciation to this organization.
