RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into the attached agreement with the United States Immigration and Custom Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) to define responsibilities establishing coordination and cooperation between the two agencies in relation to effective enforcement of the laws relating to the HSI jurisdiction.
