RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of fourteen thousand dollars and no cents ($14,000.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiffs' claims in Mee Vang and Bee Moua v. City of Saint Paul and David Wegwerth, civil court file number 62-CV-13-8510 for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorneys' fees regarding personal injury and property damage claim on September 10, 2012.
