Appeal of My Pham to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 650 BLAIR AVENUE.
Purpose of Appeal We move in when pass the final inspection and now the fire inspection inspect again. We can't afford to provide service of heating facility by a licensed contractor again, and all the use equipment store in garage don't plug in, we just use the garage as a stored. That's small house we have, and my wife live in there for week days, she have alot stuff to keep. I would like to ask: The house we live, the city can come any time they want to inspection is that correct??? and when they come I have to pay for them too??? Please have me, I don't have money, don't have much time like that, and English is hard for me too. Thank you, My Pham

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of My Pham to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 650 BLAIR AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the garage order and grant until November 1, 2014 to get the residential heating report and remaining items; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
