WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File RES 14-1418 accepted the Report of Completion for Replacement of Lead Water Service Line on Private Property as requested by the Property Owners during the time period of April to June 2014; and
WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on October 15, 2014 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 63 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is herby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment is be payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
