RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 <tel:10017405-74205> the sum of $15,000 in full settlement of Plaintiff's claims in Andrew J. Bowles v. City of Saint Paul for damages arising from the automobile accident between Plaintiff and a Saint Paul Police Officer on March 8, 2011.
