Amending Council File RLH FCO 14-1, adopted February 5, 2014, to grant Steven Ambli an additional extension for property at 2554 COMO AVENUE.

WHEREAS, on February 5, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 14-1, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice for property at 2554 Como Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension until March 3, 2014 to reduce the storage height of all stored materials to 12 feet high or less in Unit 7; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter and adopted the recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance with the correction order due to weather and workload being delayed in shipping out racks from their headquarter; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension given the progess in coming into compliance with the order; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to April 4, 2014.
