Appeal of Brent Adams to a Summary Abatement Order at 635 CANTON STREET.
Purpose of Appeal
-I'm working with Charolit at 90 Plato bldg. to purchase land next to parcel.
-I'd like to keep structure as only parking space/driveway on my property.
-Need more time for neighbor and city to approve the sale of 641 and 635 Canton. The original plot was combined. When I purchased house, I assumed this was my land.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Brent Adams to a Summary Abatement Order at 635 CANTON STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on proximity of neighboring parcel and deny the appeal as it relates to the car port being a sound structure; therefore, the car port must be removed by June 4, 2013 or a building must be finaled; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
