With reference to Preliminary Order - Resolution 12-2368 approved 01/16/2013

FINAL ORDER
In the Matter of approving the construction of the 2013 Residential Street Vitality Project, by constructing new bituminous surfaced streets with concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway aprons and outwalks, and boulevards landscaped with sod and trees. Replace existing wood pole lighting with a new lantern style street lighting system and doing all other necessary work to complete said project. Also, the appropriate storm and sanitary sewer main repairs will be made, lead water services in the right-of-way will be replaced, and storm and sanitary connections will be made at the request of the affected property owners.

Special attention will be paid to bringing existing pedestrian ramps up to ADA standards and public art will be included in each project per the City's Public Art Ordinance as it applies to Street Improvement Bonds. .
The streets to be improved are as follows: See referenced reports for the areas, streets affected and the properties proposed to be assessed.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the above improvement, due notice thereof having been given as prescribed by the City Charter; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has heard all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said proposed improvement and has fully considered the same; and

WHEREAS, the Council has received sufficient petitions from the property owners of the following blocks requesting the removal of their streets from the 2013 Residential Street Vitality Program and grants their petitions to opt out of the program:

Woodbridge from Cottage to Arlington
Albermarle from the Railroad Tracks to Cottage
Albermarle from Cottage to Arlington
Park from Cottage to Arlington
Wanda from Wheelock to Larpenteur
