Approving the additional Housing Rehabilitation Advisor position for the 2013 Budget Year for PED Operations, Fund 126.

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota ("HRA") have approved funding for an additional Housing Rehabilitation Advisor position through its Resolution 13-37, subject to the approval of the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Saint Paul City Council that:
1. The PED Budget (Fund 126) for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2013, amended to include an additional position of Housing Rehabilitation Advisor with funding provided by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul Minnesota, is hereby approved.
2. The City's Director, Office of Financial Services, staff and legal counsel for the City are further directed and authorized to take all actions necessary to implement this Resolution.
