Setting a Public Hearing date of February 6, 2013 regarding Municipal Consent for Minnesota Department of Transportation's I-35E MNPASS Project (S.P. 6280-367).
Body
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) plans to reconstruct I-35E from just north of Maryland Avenue to Little Canada Road (including bridges), to include MNPASS lanes, and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 161.164 requires the City to hold a public hearing prior to providing municipal consent and provide a 30 day notice prior to holding the public hearing, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City will hold a public hearing on the I-35E MNPASS project (S.P. 6280-367) at the scheduled February 6, 2013 City Council meeting.
