WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Anton Nguyen to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 458 THOMAS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to June 1, 2013 to put in asphalt from the garage door (full length) to the alley; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
