WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Richard Franco to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1417 MARION STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until November 27, 2012 to get the front porch signed off; grant until June 1, 2013 to bring the rest of the windows and siding into compliance provided that the windows upstairs are completed; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
