WHEREAS on October 17, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. RLH AR 12-109 and RLH TA 12-498, said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessment for Towing of Abandoned Vehicle Services at 1163 KENNARD STREET during February and March 2012. (File No. J1202V, Assessment No. 128002); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1163 Kennard Street, being described as: J Larson Addition Lot 4 Blk 1, with the property identifification number 27-29-22-12-0006 was assessed an amount of $489.50; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends approving the assessment; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting that the payment be spread over time or be reduced; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends approving the assessment and spreading the payments over two (2) years; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that Council File Nos. RLH AR 12-109 and RLH TA 12-498 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
