RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511 to Estelle Q. Sell the total sum of fifteen thousand dollars and no cents ($15,000.00) in full and final settlement of civil court file number 12-CV-2116 for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorneys' fees regarding the sewer back-up at 14 Crocus Hill on July 9, 2010.
