[RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511 to Daniela Hobbs, Larelle Steward and Robert M. Gardner, Attorney, the total sum of four hundred thousand dollars and no cents ($400,000.00) in full and final settlement of civil court file number 11-CV-3409 (PJS/JSM) for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorneys' fees regarding the warrant entry at 641 Snelling Ave., Apt. 1, in St. Paul on October 28, 2010.
