Authorizing the Fire Department to accept a donation of $100 from Carole Lynne and James Long to continue to provide public safety services to the City of Saint Paul and its residents.

WHEREAS, Carole Lynne and James Long have offered to donate $100.00 to the Saint Paul Fire Department in appreciation of the services provided to them, and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department would like to accept this donation from Carole Lynne and James Long, and
WHEREAS, the public purpose of this donation is to continue to provide public safety services to the City of Saint Paul and its residents, and
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council, on behalf of the citizens of Saint Paul, accept this donation of $100.00 from Carole Lynne and James Long and extend their sincere appreciation to these individuals.
