Appeal of Faith Ann Lowell, on behalf of Faith Miriom Lowell (mother), to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection at 1813 THIRD STREET EAST.
Purpose of Appeal
We would like to request a variance for the window which opens only 22" rather than the desired 24" (this home was built in 1951). (There is a small piece of wood we could also remove at the top and the window would open to 24 1/2"!) We would like to be taken off the rental list right away. Let me know your decisions-prefer in mail. We plan to homestead the home and or have it placed in the heir's name. Thanks sincerely. Send in mail and my e-mail if possible.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the the Appeal of Faith Ann Lowell, on behalf of Faith Miriam Lowell (mother), to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection at 1813 THIRD STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal to be out of the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
