Staff told appellant to make sure she has someone available to attend the hearing on August 14 (appellant told staff she was nine months pregnant). Duren responded that she would make sure to have a replacement if she is unable to attend.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kristina A. Duren to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 855 TUSCARORA AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant until September 7, 2012 for compliance or vacate the property; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
