WHEREAS, in the matter of the the Appeal of Robert Bayer to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1607 HEWITT AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant until September 15, 2012 to repair or vacate; tenant in Unit 5 must be moved out or to another unit within two weeks until Fire identifies what needs to be fixed in order for Unit 5 to be occupied; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
