WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Four Corners Properties of Minnesota LLC to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 814 ENGLEWOOD AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 1 inch variance on the openable width and a 2 inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in the upstairs bedrooms - noting that no variance is necessary if windows are not stuck; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
