Purpose of Appeal
Property has some debris because a tenant we were evicting did not care for the property. We have cleaned up the property and mowed and will continue to do so. It's now up for sale and although vacant, it does not meet any of the other criteria to be registerd. See pictures. See attached letter. Thanks.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the the Appeal of John Schillinger, Trustee; Desert Capital Trust; to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1340 STILLWATER AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
