WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File 12-1064 accepted the Report of Completion for Replacement of Lead Water Service Line on private properties as requested by the Property Owner during the year 2011 at 423 Fairview Ave; and
WHERAS, the City held a public hearing on July 18, 2012 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 63 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is herby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment is be payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
