Purpose of Appeal
I would like to appeal and request a variance for #2 on the deficiency list. The window is the original window that came with the house and has previously been acceptable for past C of O. With the exception of the size, the window is still in operable condition.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Gajpov N. Yang to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1233 Bradley Street, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant 2 inches variance in the egress window opening height; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
