Purpose of Appeal
We are replacing 2 windows that will not comply w/egress policy.  Openings will be short in openable height by 4-7/8".  The homeowners want to keep style consistent throughout the home.  All windows in home are being proposed for replacement.  Please approve.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Renewal by Andersen, on behalf of Marie Dotseth, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 812 FAIRMOUNT AVENUE; the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 4-inch variance in the egress opening height of the appealed window; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
