Authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with Ramsey County for the City's Design Group.
Body
WHEREAS, Ramsey County Regional Rail Authority wishes to hire the City of St. Paul OFS/RE Design Group for design services to prepare drawings which will designate suite spaces at the Union Depot Building; and
WHEREAS, Council approval is necessary for intergovernmental contracts; and
WHEREAS, the Design Group will be compensated for its work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper authorities are hereby authorized to enter into the attached Agreement with Ramsey County Regional Rail Authority.
