Amending to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Vacant Building Fees in October 2011 at 1668 MARION STREET. (File No. VB1203, Assessment No. 128802)

WHEREAS, on March 7, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File AR 11-150, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building fees in October 2011. (File No. VB1203, Assessment No. 128802); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1668 Marion Street, being described as: Rice Street Villas Subj To St;lots 26 Thru Lot 30 Blk 3, with the property identification number 24-29-23-11-0115 was assessed an amount of $1,250.00 for collection of delinquent vacant building fees; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error - 2 vacant building fees had been processed for this parcel and it had been previously recommended for deletion in the legislative hearing process; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,250.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded by the Office of Financial Services and Council File AR 11-150 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
