Purpose of Appeal
Current reinspection is scheduled on or after 3/12/12. We are working on getting documentation regarding proof of continual use in order to apply for a nonconforming use permit to address #4. The electrical work has begun to address other items on the list. We are requesting an extension to address all.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Michael Opperman to a Correction Notice-Reinspection Complaint at 2343 CARTER AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
