WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of James L. Swift to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 497 OTIS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the second and third floor guardrailngs and grant the following variances: 2.5-inch egress opening height of the window in the upper unit second floor northeast bedroom; 2-inch egress opening height of thewindow in the upper unit second floor north bedroom; 1.5-inch variance egress opening height of the window in the upper unit second floor northwest bedroom; 1-inch egress opening height of the egress in the upper unit third floor bedroom; and; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
