WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Rim and Jamie Flynn to a Correction Order at 2055 FAIRMOUNT AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension of four months to remove the office use on the second floor; deny the appeal on the fire separation between residential garage at lower level and residential living space on upper level, deny grant the appeal on the ceiling height; and deny the appeal on Items 10 and 11 and grant an extension to end of May 2012; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
